Five Western Washington Listings Worth a Second Look

Every week I go through the new price drops across Snohomish and King County, and most of them are pretty forgettable. BUT, I came across a few standouts. Here they are. Whether you're after acreage, waterfront, golf course views, or just a solid backyard under $1m, this week's list had something worth paying attention to.

Three beds, one-and-a-half bathrooms in Lynnwood

Ramblers are always in demand for accessibility reasons (for people and pets alike), and this one has spacious front and back yards along with two sheds out back for gardening supplies, seasonal storage, or whatever else. Lynnwood is an incredibly convenient area as light rail goes to the Lynnwood Transit Center, and I5 and 405 are both accessible.

Two beds, 1.75 bath in Haller Lake, Seattle

If you’re looking for new construction but don’t want a $400+ monthly HOA payment, I found something for you! Built in 2026, this one is GORGEOUS, also close to light rail, and they’re offering a 4.99% interest rate. The details and finishes feel high end: the ceilings are tall, the primary suite has clerestory windows and the bathroom floors are heated.

Three beds, one bath in Shoreline

Another rambler and still close to light rail! This one is interesting because there’s no grass on the lot at all. So if you hate keeping up with mowing the lawn and weeding, it could be your answer! Lots of natural light, a good sized lot, huge garage/shop, and no HOA!

Three beds, one bath between Everett/Snohomish

Here we have one more rambler but this one is a bit further from the cities. Functional updates include new roof, fresh paint inside and out, and new flooring, heating, and AC. Tons of natural light, a two car garage, and an incredible back yard for entertaining and gardening.

Two bed, 2.5 bath Mill Creek Country Club Townhouse

If you’re a golfer, this one’s for you! There’s opportunity here to receive a rate buy down on your mortgage as well. Two primary suites, golf course views, and built-in cabinetry make this one a standout.
