Hey there, I'm Collene. I'm a real estate agent serving Snohomish and King County, and I specialize in working with first time homebuyers.
Before real estate, I worked in payroll, so I'm comfortable with numbers, deadlines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. I also bought my first home on my own, during the pandemic, so I know firsthand how crazy this process can feel.
My approach is simple: real information, no pressure, and someone in your corner from your first showing to long after you get the keys. If you're ready to find home, I'd love to help.

Behind every transaction, I've got a team of local pros backing me up: showing assistants, contract specialists, admin support, and more, so things move quickly and nothing slips through the cracks.
I'll always be your main point of contact, but you might occasionally meet one of my teammates if we need to work around your schedule. Either way, you've got a whole team looking out for you, not just one person.
